Tochiaika is an original variety developed in Tochigi Prefecture in 2018,
Named with the hope that it would become “a fruit from Tochigi loved nationwide.”

Tochigi Prefecture, the production area of Tochiaika, has long hours of sunlight in winter and a significant temperature difference between day and night,
Creating ideal conditions for growing sweet and delicious strawberries.
Additionally, greenhouse cultivation is practiced to maximize winter sunlight, with a system in place to manage temperature, humidity, lighting, and CO2 levels,
Allowing the strawberries to mature slowly and resulting in high-quality fruit.
