Cultivating Amauou is challenging due to the difficulty in controlling water and sunlight,
\nSo temperature and lighting management are adjusted according to growth conditions and weather.
\nTo ensure the fruit reaches consumers in good condition, producers harvest the fruit early in the morning
\nWhen the temperature is low and the flesh is firm, then pack it fresh and ship it promptly.
