The texture is fluffy like chestnuts, and it has a gentle natural sweetness.<\/p>\n<p>The warm and dry climate of Tokushima, along with sandy soil rich in sea minerals, creates the perfect conditions for growing these delicious sweet potatoes.<br \/>\nThey are harvested mainly in August and September, then stored to mature.
